I had this idea during a talk, where Sylvain Pelissier found multiple pretty bad vulnerabilities in an encryption scheme marketed as “Military Grade”. And as ROT13 isn’t even a real encryption scheme, I thought, this would be hilarious. It is a persiflage of the vacuous term “Military Grade”.
